Refund & Cancellation

Leaving the portal before final checkout does not create a payment record. After redirection, cancellation and payment status are recorded according to the response received from CCAvenue.

For a successful payment that cannot be posted to the selected fee heads, contact the school office with the order and tracking references. Refunds are reviewed and processed by the school according to the applicable policy.
